The Arizona Gaming Authority (AGA) has granted bet365 permission to manage a sports wagering platform in collaboration with the Ak-Chin Native American Tribe. This ruling aligns with Arizona statutes concerning sports wagering, particularly A.R.S. § 5-1304 and A.A.C. R19-4-105 and 106.

In June, the AGA initiated the application process for sports betting permits. This encompassed a license specifically designated for Arizona tribes and two for sports teams operating within Arizona. A limited two-week period in August was provided for interested entities to submit their applications.

This signifies a major victory for bet365, establishing their presence in a sixth state for sports betting, joining Ohio, Virginia, New Jersey, Iowa, and Colorado. They are also poised to commence operations in Kentucky shortly, with pre-registration already underway.

Regarding Kentucky, bet365 has partnered with Sandy’s Gaming and Racing in the state. This collaboration allows patrons at Sandy’s Gaming and Racing in Kentucky to place wagers via the bet365 application.
