BetCity, a significant contender in the Netherlands’ online sports wagering landscape and a member of the esteemed Entain Group, has teamed up with Enteractive to re-engage dormant customer profiles. This calculated initiative seeks to bolster BetCity’s standing within the strictly governed Dutch market.

Enteractive, recognized for its customized client retention and revitalization solutions, will leverage its proficiency on behalf of BetCity. They will employ their distinctive methodology to assist BetCity in optimizing earnings from players who have become disengaged, reinvigorating a potentially disregarded segment.

Granted its permit from the Dutch Gaming Authority (Kansspelautoriteit) in October 2021, BetCity swiftly secured a solid presence, acquiring 20% of the market share by early 2022. This accomplishment attracted Entain, culminating in its purchase of BetCity later that year.

Enteractive’s approach entails incorporating BetCity’s player registry and deploying native-language representatives for individualized communication. This emphasis on local tongue assistance highlights BetCity’s dedication to the Dutch market and its participants.

Robert Kooiman, Marketing Head at BetCity, conveyed excitement regarding the collaboration, affirming that it will furnish them with a competitive advantage within the Dutch market. He stressed the significance of Enteractive’s personalized strategy in fortifying player connections and establishing BetCity as a responsible gaming entity. Kooiman anticipates an enduring and mutually advantageous alliance, fueled by the capacity to reactivate inactive players and yield substantial income.

Francesca Raniolo, a high-ranking leader at Enteractive, conveyed enthusiasm for their collaboration with BetCity, emphasizing their mutual objective of growth within the profitable Netherlands market. Citing the unrealized possibility of dormant player profiles and favorable player responses, Enteractive foresees a substantial increase to BetCity’s profits by re-engaging these customers.

Enteractive utilizes a worldwide system of telephone representatives who connect with players in their local tongues, effectively bringing back over 13,000 players per month for a range of iGaming companies.

This alliance follows Entain’s latest purchase of BetCity for €450 million (roughly $543 million), indicating a calculated step into the Dutch market.
