BetMGM has partnered with hockey icons Wayne Gretzky and Connor McDavid for a humorous new advertising effort. The spot, broadcasting during the NHL season, features Gretzky lightheartedly diverting McDavid while he’s working out by displaying the BetMGM application.
“Capturing the rapport between two of hockey’s all-time greats was amazing,” stated BetMGM’s Raymond Doyle. “This initiative aims to bring the thrill of BetMGM to the forefront in an enjoyable and captivating manner, and Gretzky and McDavid are the ideal pair to achieve that.”
This isn’t the first instance of BetMGM going all out with imaginative marketing. This latest advertisement is a component of their continuing “It’s On” campaign, which commenced in September with a prominent lineup featuring Jamie Foxx, Vanessa Hudgens, and Kevin Garnett.

The innovative team at 72andSunny’s New York branch conceived the campaign, while the most recent commercial showcases the directing skills of Peter Berg, recognized for his contributions to popular HBO series such as “Entourage” and “Ballers.”
